A UK based division of AAR were looking for a partner to support the development of their senior leadership team and first line managers. At the outset, the focus and objectives for this development were unclear. The client was seeking expert guidance to help them identify specific goals for improvement and shape the ongoing learning and development plans for their managers.

NP carried out an initial assessment using our unique organisation effectiveness diagnostic to gain a deeper understanding of current strengths and opportunities for development. This was followed up by facilitated workshops with mangers to explore the diagnostic findings and identify priority areas for improving their overall performance and results as a business unit. Resulting from this process, the business unit now has a clear Organisation Development Plan and roadmap for the onward development of their management community.
