The Brief

A team building session to bring a collective output and delivery benefiting everyone in the company.

The UK Commercial Team were an established function that had recently welcomed new colleagues. NP were approached to deliver a team buidling session that could benefit individual and collective output and delivery.

The Solution

Adopting Growth Mindset as a foundation.

During design it was evident to see that this was a highly competent and professional team who were looking at becoming the best they can be. NP designed an Insights programme that focused on Individual and Team Effectiveness that would be used to help improve relationships, collaboration with other key stakeholders and to also adopt Growth Mindset as a foundation of team cohesion and delivery. Psychometric profiling formed the basis of individual development and a Team Effectiveness survey helped understand collective strengths and weaknesses which contributes toward on-going development and progression.
