Steve is a Learning & Development Manager/Business Partner specialising in people and organisational development, he has had experience within various business sectors covering Leasing and Asset Management to different roles within Consumer Finance, Credit Control and Compliance functions. Steve has been managing teams and individuals for over 20 years with a primary focus on developing people and organisational resources. Steve is qualified at various levels of FCA compliance and AAT accounting and holds a CIPD diploma in L&D management. Steve delivers all types of learning, training and development that ranges from junior roles up to Senior Management and Executive level.

Wil Payne

Wil has over 15 years’ experience in people and organisation development supporting the private, public and charitable sectors to deliver their strategic business plans.  He has worked as HR Director for FMCG and Service businesses where he has built a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in shaping and implementing people strategies to deliver commercial value whilst enhancing employee engagement and retention of talent.  In his career to date, Wil has worked with people from the school room to Board room enabling them to achieve their full potential as well as forging productive partnership opportunities for growth and innovation. Wil is a qualified Leadership and Management coach with a wealth of experience in improving personal and team performance.
