Steve Peace

Steve is a Learning & Development Professional, specialising in people and organisational development, he has had experience within various business sectors covering Leasing and Asset Management to different roles within Consumer Finance, Credit Control and Compliance functions. Steve has been managing teams and individuals for over 20 years with a primary focus on developing people and organisational resources. Steve is qualified at various levels of FCA compliance and AAT accounting and holds a CIPD diploma in L&D management. Steve is a licensed Insights practitioner and delivers all types of learning, training and development that ranges from junior roles up to Senior Management and Executive level.  Steve is also a TEDx Talker.

Wil Payne

Wil has over 15 years’ experience in people and organisation development supporting the private, public and charitable sectors to deliver their strategic business plans.  He has worked as HR Director for FMCG and Service businesses where he has built a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in shaping and implementing people strategies to deliver commercial value whilst enhancing employee engagement and retention of talent.  In his career to date, Wil has worked with people from the school room to Board room enabling them to achieve their full potential as well as forging productive partnership opportunities for growth and innovation. Wil is a qualified Leadership and Management coach with a wealth of experience in improving personal and team performance.

Colin Murray

Colin builds and maintains outstanding relationships with people from all levels – from factory to boardroom, based on a foundation of integrity and a positive ‘growth-mindset’ mentality.
Having held senior roles in L&D consultancy, multi-national retail and manufacturing organisations, he has built highly successful teams and led them through periods of significant change. These experiences have instilled a real passion for leadership, inspiring people to drive forward and deliver success as a team.

He believes there is no single leadership approach which can be applied to all situations – a bespoke approach must be developed and tailored to specific individual needs. In his role leading our business development function, Colin goes the extra mile to collaborate with our clients to deliver bespoke programmes that exceed expectations, creating a motivated team dynamic and driving sustainable business growth.
Colin is actively involved with grassroots football, coaching a boys team and a girls team for his local club. He is also a qualified outdoor leader and in his spare time enjoys climbing, mountain biking and dragging his family out for ‘character building’ walks in all weathers.

Hollie Jones

Hollie began her career working within the employment team at a leading Law firm, where she discovered and developed her passion for regulatory compliance, as well as a desire to support businesses in mitigating legal risk associated with the employment relationship.

Since then, Hollie has committed over 10 years of her professional career to the HR discipline, advising and partnering in a multitude of sectors, both unionised and non-unionised. This has included areas such as care, outsourcing and software, manufacturing and most recently Aviation, where she was positioned as the sole HR Partner for four Government and Commercial programmes, supporting leaders in the UK and internationally.

This wealth of experience gained, alongside a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management and analytical mind lends itself to Hollie’s diverse range of strengths; leading on large-scale compliance projects, providing guidance surrounding performance management practices, managing complex employee relations cases, developing and implementing people policies, in addition to advising on business/strategic change programmes.

Stevie Willey

Stevie is a knowledgeable HR professional with over 10 years’ experience partnering with business leaders, providing practical solutions to achieve strategic business goals and objectives. A commercially focused, results driven individual who thrives on challenge, these key drivers lead her to quickly gain a vast understanding of different businesses and uncover root causes of the inevitable employee relations issues all businesses face.

Having provided operational and strategic HR services in Corporate, Commercial and Government sectors including supporting one of the most amazing and unique Search and Rescue Teams in the world, Stevie has extensive experience that includes managing multiple complex employee relations cases, identifying and implementing change including restructures and redundancies, supporting businesses through growth cycles, performance management and effective risk management.

Stevie is CIPD Qualified and a Mental Health First Aider.

Vicky Limb

Vicky is a Compassionate Mind Coach who focuses on improving mental wellbeing to help reduce workplace stress, alleviate anxiety, and build psychological resilience for managers, and/or individual employees.

With over 15 years’ experience in career development coaching, Vicky has worked in partnership with individuals at all stages of their career path from education to executive-level helping people achieve their goals and overcome a variety of professional challenges. Having an innate ability to get to the heart of personal blockers to performance, Vicky coaches individuals to overcome challenges by enabling their strengths and unlocking potential through developing a deep sense of personal awareness and self-compassion through mindful inquiry.

Vicky has a keen interest in employee engagement, high performing teams, and is an advocate for workplace mental health. CIPD qualified with a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources.
